Deposit & Payment Policy
At Vinspire Wine and Spirit Academy, we offer a flexible deposit payment option to make booking your WSET course easier.
How It Works
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course.
- The remaining 50% balance will be due 30 days after your initial booking (Level 1), 45 days for (Level 2) and 60 days (Level 3).
- Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before the course start date.
- You will receive a reminder notification before the balance is due.
Payment Plan Option
We now offer a dedicated payment plan for all WSET Levels 1, 2, and 3 courses. This allows you to split your course fee into two equal instalments.
You can browse available course dates and purchase your payment plan instalment directly through our WSET Course Payment Plans page. Once you've completed your purchase, simply email us at info@vinspireacademy.com to let us know which course and dates you'd like to attend and we'll take it from there.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Course Cancellations made more than 20 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Course Cancellations made within 20 working days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- If you need to transfer to a different course date, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vinspireacademy.com.
Failed Payments
- If your balance payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
- Failure to complete full payment may result in your place being released.

Full Deposit Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to course bookings made using our deposit payment option:
- 50% deposit required: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Balance collection: The remaining 50% balance will be due 30 days after the date of booking (Level 1), 45 days (Level 2), 60 days (Level 3)
- Full payment deadline: Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before the course start date, regardless of the 30-day balance schedule.
- Payment reminders: You will receive an email notification before the balance is collected.
- Failed payments: If the balance payment fails, we will notify you by email. Failure to complete payment may result in your place being released.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 20 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 20 working days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- Transfers: If you wish to transfer to a different course date, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vinspireacademy.com. Transfers are subject to availability, must be made at least 20 days before the booked course date, and must be requested before the balance collection date.
- Vinspire Academy reserves the right to amend these payment terms at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
