Welcome to Vinspire Wine and Spirit Academy. These Terms of Service govern your use of vinspireacademy.com and your purchase of courses, examinations, and related products from us. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Vinspire Wine and Spirit Academy is a company registered in the Republic of Ireland, company number 688172, registered at 2 Strand Street, Malahide, Dublin. We are an Approved Programme Provider (APP) offering WSET wine and spirits courses and examinations. Where we say "Vinspire," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Vinspire Wine and Spirit Academy.
2. Courses, exams, and qualifications
Course and exam listings on our site describe the WSET qualification, format, and fees available at the time of booking. Successful completion and certification are determined by WSET Awards, not by us directly; we administer registration, delivery, and exam logistics as your course provider. Course dates, materials, and exam sittings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings and payment
All fees are shown in EUR and are due in full at the time of booking unless you've chosen an available payment plan. Where we send you an invoice directly, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking, including after payment, for reasons such as course unavailability, suspected fraud, or an unauthorised or illegal transaction, and to suspend access to a course or exam booking if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date.
4. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds
Cancellations, transfers between course dates, and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before booking, as exam fees paid to WSET Awards may be non-refundable once submitted.
5. Gift vouchers
Vinspire e-gift vouchers are redeemable against courses and products on our site, do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase, and have no cash value beyond their stated balance.
6. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep course content, pricing, and availability accurate, but we don't warrant that all information on the site is complete, current, or error-free. We may correct errors, change pricing, or update course information at any time without notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or age (courses involve tasting alcoholic products and are restricted to participants who meet the applicable legal drinking age), or to interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
8. Intellectual property
Course materials, presentations, and content provided as part of your studies remain the property of Vinspire and/or WSET Awards and are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell course materials.
9. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to WSET Awards or other third-party sites. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Vinspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vinspire, its officers, and staff harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Parking (Car / Bicycle etc.) - Please note we have no facility in our venue for car or bike parking. On street parking is available in nearby areas.
